We typically ship Priority Flat Rate through USPS, but we reserve the right to ship with whichever carrier has the best rate and delivers in a timely manner. Should you wish to add insurance or have any other additional shipping needs please add comments to your order or email orders@birchcountrybeads.com prior to your order being fulfilled, or immediately after. The cost of insurance will be added to your order total.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If multiple orders are placed in the same business day or over a weekend, purchases with the same shipping address may be consolidated. If you have questions, or would like to discuss shipping options, email orders@birchcountrybeads.com.
IMPORTANT: Due to current COVID-19 delays, standard shipping may take longer than normal. Please note that this is out of our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed and you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has been shipped.
To add insurance or signature options, please email us at orders@birchcountrybeads.com before or immediately after placing your order.
LOST PACKAGES
All packages will have a tracking number. If your package’s tracking number said it was delivered, but you have not received your package, we recommend the following:
- Check with your neighbors
- If you live in a condo/apartment, check with your doorman, office, the mailroom
- Still can’t find it? Talk to your mailman. They may remember the package!
- File a claim with the shipment carrier
Unfortunately, once the package leaves our store, there is not much more we can do. It becomes a matter to take up with the shipment carrier. If all steps above have been taken, and your order is still missing, please send us an email at orders@birchcountrybeads.com.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We take damaged items very seriously. If any item in your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to make things right.
You can reach us at (907) 378-6878 or by email at orders@birchcountrybeads.com. Please have your invoice and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you. Providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to orders@birchcountrybeads.com will help to get your issue solved right away. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund, or account credit) can be taken as soon as the issue has been verified.
