Refund policy
RETURNS
Unused, original condition merchandise is eligible for a full refund for 30 days after delivery. Items must be in original packaging or stringing, and in full quantity ordered. Returns will not be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase, such as the email confirmation or packing slip. Please pack your beads carefully when returning them; we can’t give credit for items that are damaged. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping fees on all returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
In-person or drop-off returns can be arranged for customers who live in or around Fairbanks, Alaska to avoid shipping costs. Email orders@birchcountrybeads.com to make arrangements.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please make sure you separate the orders within the package, and mark returns clearly on a copy of the invoice or order email.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using tracking. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If your merchandise was approved for refund, but you have not seen it reflected in your bank account after several business days, please contact your credit card company. If your refund is still not resolved, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@birchcountrybeads.com.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We take damaged items very seriously. If any item in your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to make things right.
You can reach us by email at orders@birchcountrybeads.com. Please have your invoice and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you. Providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to orders@birchcountrybeads.com will help to get your issue solved right away. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund, or account credit) can be taken as soon as the issue has been verified.
